Sarah Efstratis is the Assistant Project Controller with over 6 years’ experience working in the subcontractor Trades as a project coordinator. As well as over 5 years’ experience working as an Escrow Assistant in New Construction and Residential Resale transactions. She works side by side with Tenise handling all billing and accounts payable and receivables for Mountain West Builders. She holds certificates in Accounting from Truckee Meadows Community College as well as an Associates degree.

Michael Efstratis Jr. has been with Mountain West Builders since 2017 and is the purchasing manager and estimator. Michael has been in the construction industry for over 15 years.

Sushil is the the other managing partner at Mountain West Builders, Sushil has been developing real estate in both Nevada and California for the past 21 years. Sushil holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Public Relations from Sacramento State University.

Kraig joined Mountain West in 2022 bringing his over 40 years of experience in the management and construction of site development work. Kraig is responsible for all land development, land entitlement, civil engineering work, and the construction of all project utilities, grading, roadways, landscaping, paving, project amenities and the associated approvals required by the local municipalities and utility companies.

Jennifer Efstratis is a Nevada Registered Interior Designer with over 20 years of experience in commercial, residential and hospitality. Jennifer graduated from Michigan State University with an Interior Design degree and moved to Reno, NV shortly after. Her experience includes working directly for architects, designers and general contractors. Her diverse experience brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of construction.
